Can my Virtual Assistant work additional hours?
If you need your Virtual Assistant to work more hours than your plan allows, let us know couple of days in advance so that we can meet your needs. You will be charged for the additional hours worked at the hourly rate of your plan.
What's your business hours?
Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM GMT+08:00, Monday through Friday, except national holidays.
Can you work on weekend or holiday for some urgent tasks?
We make every effort to accommodate your urgent tasks. with holidays and weekends included, to meet your deadline. Additional fees may apply.
Can I change plans or cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan easily online at any time. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time.
How does the monthly billing work?
Your credit card will automatically be charged on a monthly basis starting from today. Your account will automatically renew each month without prior notice, unless you cancel your membership.
Do the plans come with any limits?
No, all the plans come with all the full-features. All the Plans come with a Dedicated Virtual Assistant, a Project Manager, a Process Designer, access to our Project Management tool for sending in all your requests, dedicated phone, email and chat support.
How do I get started and assigned my Virtual Assistant?
All you have to do is choose a plan that meets your specific needs and get start now. Enter in your credit card details and some information regarding what you need your Virtual Assistant to do for you. That's it! .
Am I locked into a long or short term contract?
There are no short-term or long-term contracts with our monthly plans. When we deliver the results that you want and provide you with real value you will continue making use of our Virtual Assistant services and remain a client.
Does my unused time roll-over to the next month?
No, unused time expires at the end of your billing cycle.
How safe is my data?
We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe, backup and protected. Feel free to send a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement for us to sign. We take all security and privacy issues very seriously.
